Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes including Idly and Dosa.
  • Create vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, including curries and biryanis.
  • Make snacks and desserts, ensuring quality and presentation.

Skills

Experience in South Indian, North Indian, Tandoori, Chinese, and Continental cuisines

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have proven experience and expertise in preparing a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes across South Indian, North Indian, Tandoori, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Breakfast Preparation
  • Idly, Dosa (all varieties), Poori with Aloo
  • Pongal, Upma, Chapathi, Aloo Paratha
  • Kichadi (all types), Eggs (all varieties)
  • Sambar, Chutneys (Tomato, Coconut, Onion, Green Chutney)
