Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the logistics strategy for all sales and distribution channels (retail, e-commerce, wholesale, B2B).
• Align channel logistics objectives with overall supply‑chain and business growth strategies.
• Identify new channel opportunities and operational models to enhance service and efficiency.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, order fulfilment, and last‑mile delivery.
• Drive improvements in order accuracy, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize network design, routing, distribution footprint, and capacity planning.

Channel Partner Management

• Build strong relationships with channel partners, 3PL providers, carriers, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, performance metrics, and service‑level agreements.
• Monitor partner KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Inventory & Supply Flow

• Oversee inventory allocation, replenishment, and demand‑planning across channels.
• Reduce stockouts, overstocks, and supply imbalances through data‑driven forecasting.

Technology & Systems

• Lead adoption of logistics technologies such as WMS, TMS, OMS, forecasting tools, and automation.
• Ensure data accuracy and full visibility across all nodes of the supply chain.

Financial Management

• Manage logistics budgets, cost efficiency initiatives, and ROI for channel operations projects.
• Analyze cost drivers and lead cost reduction strategies without sacrificing service quality.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing operations and logistics team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
• 5–12+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or channel operations.
• Proven success managing multi‑channel or multi‑regional logistics networks.
