What You’ll Be Doing

As a Centre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of your centre:

  • Lead the team: Manage and support teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Student & Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Centre Operations: Oversee enrolments, documentation, fee processing, and general administration.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.
  • Problem Solving & Improvement: Take ownership of operational challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to the centre’s overall success.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
  • Energetic, warm, and people-oriented — able to motivate staff and engage students.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Responsible, accountable, and solution-driven.
  • Prior management experience in a similar setting is a plus, but not required.
Work Hours & Commitment
  • Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (2 Weekdays off).
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (both days are weekends compulsory).
