What You’ll Do
  • Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service and strong sales performance.

  • Oversee smooth daily operations and maintain a premium, well-presented centre environment.

  • Drive monthly sales, lead generation and conversion targets — and coach your team to win together.

  • Build a positive, people-focused workplace culture with strong staff engagement.

  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and warm service.

  • Communicate clearly with management and ensure compliance with all systems and standards.

  • Track performance, reporting and centre improvement plans.

  • Centre growth and LTH targets achieved.

  • High employee satisfaction and positive 360° feedback.

  • Strong customer loyalty, improved NPS, and optimised AMM.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
