Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service and strong sales performance.
Oversee smooth daily operations and maintain a premium, well-presented centre environment.
Drive monthly sales, lead generation and conversion targets — and coach your team to win together.
Build a positive, people-focused workplace culture with strong staff engagement.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and warm service.
Communicate clearly with management and ensure compliance with all systems and standards.
Track performance, reporting and centre improvement plans.
Centre growth and LTH targets achieved.
High employee satisfaction and positive 360° feedback.
Strong customer loyalty, improved NPS, and optimised AMM.
2+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Able to work weekends (with 2 weekday off days).
Strong strategic thinking, sales ability and customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
Goal-driven, organised and committed to high standards and compliance.
