Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Actively seek out new catering opportunities and leads. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met.
- Event Planning and Execution: Manage the entire sales process, including creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating event logistics with kitchen, delivery, and operations teams.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, report on key metrics, and provide regular forecasts to management.
