Job Description

• Take full accountability for the Beauty category P&L and deliver against targets.
• Craft and implement the category strategy aligned to broader business objectives.
• Hire, coach, and elevate a high-performing category team; oversee development and performance management.
• Work seamlessly with local and regional counterparts to execute initiatives.
• Track category trends and understand both seller and buyer behaviors to inform decisions.
• Identify, establish, and scale strategic partnerships within the local ecosystem.

Requirements
