Job Responsibilities

This job contributes to the success of campaign through project management of various work streams, including managing Pre-selection and Post-selection campaigns, merchant communication and training, campaign creatives and SalesForce eDM journey, campaign data, campaign web page, customer redemption journey, internal communication and rep briefing. Candidate is also required to manage ongoing campaign operational matters till the campaign closure.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage various work streams and dependencies to ensure GREAT experience for internal and external customers
  • Manage project timeline and ensure deliverables are prepared, reviewed and approved on time
  • Responsible for all engagement and sales ROIs related to campaign
  • Adhere to corporate guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance to procurement, risk management and legal requirements
  • Manage external vendors and/or partners, ensuring deliverables are provided on time and of desirable quality
  • Lead discussion with stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment among stakeholders from various departments
  • Report and update progress to stakeholders and escalate timely should there be potential issue or delay to project deliverables
  • Manage procurement matters such as processing of invoices from vendors
  • Manage ongoing campaign queries and operation matters
  • Manage project closure and conduct post campaign analysis reporting
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio management, business development, integrated marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience in portfolio management or integrated marketing in financial industry preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, good interpersonal skills and effective team player.
  • Ability to work across multiple functional teams.
  • Good project management and analytical abilities.
  • Strong in problem solving.
  • Ability to manage and engage stakeholders from different levels (internal, external).
