An established outsourcing company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and in-person, along with supporting daily administrative operations. Ideal candidates must be Singaporean and hold at least a GCE A Level or Diploma in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This role offers a contracted duration of 3 months with working hours from Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, and Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Be the friendly face and voice of our team — you’ll handle customer enquiries across phone, live chat and at the counter, and support day-to-day admin so our operations run smoothly.
Nearest MRT: Woodlands

Salary: up to $2,580 per month
