The technician will work on-site and in the service department, calibrate equipment, and provide technical support. Responsibilities

• Ensure calibration jobs (depot and on-site) are accomplished to meet committed turnaround time and quality objectives.
• Work in the service department and customer site, calibrate equipment and provide technical support.
• Optimize calibration process and asset utilization and maintenance.

Job description

• Ensure calibration jobs (depot and on-site) are accomplished to meet committed turnaround time and quality objectives
• Work in the service department and customer site, calibrate equipment and provide technical support for Rohde & Schwarz products
• Calibrate equipment with ideally zero return rate
• Provide technical support to other service center/subsidiaries
• Optimize calibration process and asset utilization and maintenance
• Ensure traceability of calibration works
• Conduct service training to internal Rohde & Schwarz stakeholders
• Evaluate new product calibration capability
• Comply to ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standard requirements
• Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
