A leading cable & connectivity company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Solutions Manager to spearhead their engagement in APAC data centres. The role involves conducting market research, developing solutions, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants should have 6–10 years of experience in telecom solutions sales, particularly in cabling. A degree in engineering or business is required, alongside proficiency in English; additional Asian languages would be advantageous. This position offers unique opportunities in a growing industry.

Key responsibilities include:
Degree in engineering or business.
6–10 years track record of selling cabling, connectivity or telecom infrastructure solution sales.
Proficient knowledge in cabling solutions associated with Structured Cabling, Building Management Systems (Access Controls), Security and Fire Safety etc.; strong knowledge in management of vendors and end users.
Experience in driving the brand through consultants, distributor, partners training and events.
Commercial mindset: comfortable with P&L, pricing strategy, volume rebates and contract negotiation.
Fluent in English; additional Asian language a plus.
