Overview

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems within healthcare organisations. In this role, you will ensure that EMR solutions meet the needs of healthcare professionals and contribute to better patient care.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, optimisation, and enhancement of EMR systems
• Gather, analyse, and document user requirements to improve system functionality
• Partner with healthcare professionals to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities
• Conduct testing and validation of new features, updates, and system enhancements
• Prepare and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for EMR-related issues
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (Fresh Graduates welcome)
• Strong eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
