Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Strategy Manager / Operations manager to assist in executing global business strategies, driving cross-functional coordination, leading key strategic initiatives, and expanding ecosystem partnerships to support the high-growth operations of a Web3 social e-commerce platform.

Reporting to: Singaporean CEO, based in Singapore

Domain: Web3 social

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Operations: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, monitor KPIs and financial performance, and leverage market research to drive business optimization.
• Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead high-priority strategic initiatives, collaborate across teams including product, marketing, and growth to ensure effective execution, and manage relationships with external partners.
• Ecosystem Partnerships & Business Development: Identify and negotiate ecosystem collaborations, evaluate business opportunities, and help strengthen the platform’s industry positioning.
• Executive Support: Provide decision-making support to the CEO, prepare materials for investors and board meetings, and prioritize strategic-level initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations, ideally within Web3, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong analytical, execution, and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven experience in ecosystem development and executive-level reporting, with a strong interest in Web3 and blockchain technologies.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with group Chinese-speaking stakeholders across Asia.
