Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end business projects involving cross-functional teams (sales, operations, compliance, finance, tech) across international markets.

Drive project delivery with clear milestones, KPIs, and risk management aligned with company goals.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders particularly in India and the South Asia region.

Understand and address the business, regulatory, and cultural nuances specific to the target market.

Coordinate communication across time zones, departments, and partner organizations to ensure alignment and accountability.

Prepare and present project documentation, executive updates, and business review reports to senior management.

Continuously analyze process efficiency, propose improvements, and support the long-term scalability of operations.

Willingness to work night shift and split shift.

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
