As we scale, we are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, compliance, and business performance.

Job Description

• Operations & Business Management: Oversee daily salon operations, workflow efficiency, and service standards. Implement and improve SOPs to enhance productivity and customer experience. Monitor KPIs, revenue performance, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Staff & HR Management: Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management. Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiatives. Ensure compliance with MOM employment regulations and company policies.
• Finance & Administration: Manage payroll coordination, invoices, and expense tracking. Prepare monthly operational and performance reports for management. Coordinate with accountants, vendors, and external service providers.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations, licensing, and workplace safety standards. Handle internal audits, documentation, and process improvements.
• Customer & Vendor Coordination: Manage supplier relationships, inventory planning, and procurement. Support customer service escalation and resolution when required.
