The Role:

As a Business Operations Executive, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to implement and optimize workflows and systems from the headquarters to frontline operations. Upon confirmation, you will be promoted to the Assistant Manager level and placed on a fast-track on-the-job training program to reach the Manager level within a year.

• Understand and document existing workflows and systems in a structured manner.
• Assist the Director of Operations, liaise with Doctors, and work with Clinic Managers in implementing these processes across various departments.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different levels and departments, including Doctors, Clinic Managers, and the Director of Operations.
• Utilize analytical tools to monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Adapt to changes and provide solutions for unexpected challenges.

Skills:

• Strong computational thinking and excellent command of the English language.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the EQ to manage and interact effectively with Doctors, Clinic Managers, and the Director of Operations.
• Ability to communicate protocols in a manner that is firm, calm, and sensitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Allied Health Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Quantitative Economics, or Business Analytics, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience.
