Job summary

A leading healthcare recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive for the Business Office. The role involves providing financial counselling, managing admission processes, and maintaining relationships with clients. Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in a related field and have 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare settings. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial counselling to clients and families
  • Handle client enquiries on admission process, services, fees, and billing matters
  • Manage end-to-end admission process, including bill estimation, data collection, service agreement signing, and deposit collection
  • Create and update client registrations using Infocare system
  • Handle payment collections (Credit Card, NETS, Cash, Cheques) and issue receipts
  • Generate monthly invoices and ensure timely collections
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and elevate prolonged bad debts to management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve service quality and work processes
  • Support Finance-related functions as required
  • Handle facility visit requests
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Min. 2-3 years of business office experience, preferably in hospital or nursing home settings
  • Accounts-related experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong relationship management, planning, and organisational skills
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
