The Opportunity:
As a Business Excellence Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and optimizing core business processes. Reporting directly to the Business Excellence Director, you will identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and utilize data to drive impactful decisions, directly contributing to the company's long-term success.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related fields who are eager to:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
- Review existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Propose and implement solutions for streamlining workflows and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Support talent management by promoting continuous on-the-job training and improvement through collaborating with departments to review learning materials and SOPs.
2. Data Analysis & Strategic Planning Support:
- Regularly update inventory and sales reports to support management’s data analysis and strategy planning.
- Assist in the interpretation of data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Work closely with the Account team for government grants/surveys and other applications, leveraging data for successful submissions.
3. Resource Management & Compliance:
- Manage company resources including assets, consumables, and SaaS credential management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewals of corporate registrations and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all business administration processes are supported and compliant.
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies.
4. Operational Coordination & Support:
- Plan and coordinate stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support the Director in various business excellence initiatives.
- Liaise with department heads to facilitate seamless operational processes.
5. Workforce Coordination & Support:
- Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end recruitment, including pass applications to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintain HR documentations, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely issuance of employee correspondences and renewals of work pass.
- Optimise manpower visibility through structured reporting of leave consumption, internship management, and resource availability to support strategic workforce planning.
- Strengthen employee engagement through structured well-being initiatives, performance management cycles, and team development activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment will have an advantage.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; open and adaptable to new digital tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
