  • Position Title: Business Development/ Sales Manager (Telecommunications / Renewable Energy)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Working Location: Kallang
  • Industry / Organization Type: Building & Construction
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and grow the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets, track market shifts, and stay informed on competitor activities and new product developments.
  • Drive the full sales process from planning to closing deals.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Representative with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the Telecommunications or Renewable Energy industry preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor, coach, and manage sales teams.
  • Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and industry events.
