Job Scope
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations to secure new business
  • Manage the implementation of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to streamline project delivery and maximise efficiency
  • Analyse market trends and competitive intelligence to inform the company's strategic direction
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and new business pipeline
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a business development or project engineering role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong technical background with a degree in Civil and or Building Construction
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pitching and securing new business opportunities
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
