Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Regional VP to plan, execute, and optimize account strategies aimed at sales growth and market expansion.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new business leads and manage them through all sales stages from discovery to close.
  • Build and update desirable account lists, screen potential customers, and prioritize high-value opportunities for organization growth.
  • Conduct impactful meetings with C-level executives, provide product demos, and clearly articulate the business value of innovative offerings.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, support, and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates a strong customer orientation, effectively identifying and resolving client challenges.
  • Possesses outstanding oral and written communication to interact with internal stakeholders and key external decision-makers.
  • Has demonstrable success in direct and indirect sales, including experience with agents and distributors.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities, maintaining attention to detail, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly competent with standard MS Office applications and adept at using CRM systems (such as Pipedrive) to manage pipeline and track engagement KPIs.
