We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact surveillance solutions.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Indonesia.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) independently to demonstrate product capabilities.
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using i-PRO’s product portfolio.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor sales specialist, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Collaborate closely with the SE-team to develop A&E specifications for large-scale tenders and projects.
Technical Engagement:
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide hands-on support for installation and commissioning when needed.
