This individual will be responsible for driving B2B revenue and profit growth across all business segments — including vehicle sales, servicing, insurance claims, financing, leasing and rental, as well as insurance sales.

The ideal candidate is a commercially sharp, articulate professional with strong execution skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a keen eye for growth opportunities. You will initially operate hands‑on, build knowledge across our verticals, and eventually lead a growing BD team.

  • Develop and execute a cross‑segment B2B strategy to grow top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profit.
  • Identify, pitch, and close deals with corporate clients, fleet operators, government agencies, and institutional partners.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline; drive lead generation and deal closure in collaboration with BU managers.
  • Lead or support bids for fleet tenders, bulk purchases, and institutional partnerships.
  • Oversee preparation of commercial proposals, contracts, and presentation decks.
  • Coordinate with segment heads (e.g., Car Sales, Leasing, Motor) to co‑create B2B packages and drive synergy.
  • Recruit and mentor a high‑performance BD team across specialized verticals.
  • Track and report on KPIs: B2B revenue, profit margins, pipeline value, and new account activation.
  • Monthly and quarterly B2B revenue and gross profit growth.
  • Number of active and retained corporate accounts.
  • Win‑rate of fleet tenders and institutional RFPs.
  • Value of the qualified pipeline across all segments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 6–10 years of B2B experience in business development, corporate sales, or strategic partnerships.

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in automotive, fleet, leasing, or logistics a plus but not required.
  • Able to lead by example and transition into a people manager as the division scales.
  • Confident, well‑spoken, and able to hold their own in boardrooms and corporate settings.
  • Proactive, analytical, and driven by outcomes.
  • Capable of navigating a fast‑growing, founder‑led organisation.
  • Embodies Vin’s values of Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Omotenashi (hospitality).
