About the Job

To promote and sell a full range of industrial labels, safety signs, and custom printing solutions to new and existing clients. Build strong relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and drive revenue growth across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Create and execute sales strategies with accurate forecasts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

You will need a min Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Min 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, and business development.
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong lead generation and growth planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and own car; able to travel locally and regionally.

Preferred

  • Experience selling materials, identification, or printing products.
  • Knowledge of printing technologies and system integration.
