Job Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales of turnkey IoT solutions, including BMS systems, Smart Home, Security Systems, and Smart Access/Door Solutions across the loca & SEA region.
- Identify, engage, and develop strong business networks with System Integrators (SIs), Facilities Management companies, Property Management companies, and building/property owners.
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, tender submissions, negotiation, and closing of projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored turnkey solutions that meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging smart solution technologies to propose innovative offerings to clients.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reporting.
- Build long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B project sales, preferably in turnkey solutions, IoT, BMS, Smart Solutions, or System Integration.
- Strong experience in tendering and bidding for projects, with knowledge of the tender process, documentation, and compliance.
- Solid business network with SIs, Facilities Management companies, Property Management companies, and/or property owners is highly preferred.
