Job Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities / generate leads (including cold calling).
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and deliver tailored, solution-based sales presentations and product demos.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage and grow relationships within assigned client accounts.
- Prepare and respond to proposals, RFPs, tenders, and related sales documentation.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, professional services) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data and reporting in the CRM system.
- Engage with strategic partners to drive joint business opportunities.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proven B2B / corporate sales experience, ideally in software (SaaS) or business services.
- Familiarity with HR technology, processes, or payroll services is a strong asset.
