Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for new and exiting customers by identifying opportunities within market and execute the end-to-end sales process.
- Devise and deliver solution-oriented sales presentations and conduct system demonstrations independently
- Achieve Sales Quota
- Manage the existing accounts assigned
- Prepare proposals, responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tender documents questionnaires, presentations, and other related tasks.
- Maintain and prepare timely sales pipeline information in CRM and related reports
Requirements
- Min degree and above
- Min 1 year of experience in B2B with experience in software solution
- Familiarity with HR software, HR processes, or payroll outsourcing services is a strong advantage
