A healthcare solutions company in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to generate leads and manage existing accounts. The ideal candidate possesses at least a degree and 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in software solutions. Familiarity with HR software or payroll outsourcing is a strong advantage. Achieve sales quotas and maintain timely CRM reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads for new and exiting customers by identifying opportunities within market and execute the end-to-end sales process.
  • Devise and deliver solution-oriented sales presentations and conduct system demonstrations independently
  • Achieve Sales Quota
  • Manage the existing accounts assigned
  • Prepare proposals, responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tender documents questionnaires, presentations, and other related tasks.
  • Maintain and prepare timely sales pipeline information in CRM and related reports
Requirements
  • Min degree and above
  • Min 1 year of experience in B2B with experience in software solution
  • Familiarity with HR software, HR processes, or payroll outsourcing services is a strong advantage
