Ergoworks is expanding its corporate footprint and seeking a driven, results-focused Business Development Executive to accelerate our B2B growth. This role suits individuals who excel in corporate engagement, build trust-based client relationships, and are motivated by delivering measurable business impact through ergonomic and workplace wellness solutions.

Role Scope

You will play a pivotal role in growing Ergoworks’ corporate business, strengthening our market presence, and shaping the way companies adopt ergonomic practices. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, consultative selling capabilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and converting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive corporate (B2B) sales growth through targeted acquisition strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities via research, networking, and structured outreach.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals that position Ergoworks as the preferred ergonomic solutions partner.
  • Recommend suitable solutions and manage onboarding workflows for new corporate partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Maintain a structured and accurate sales pipeline, prioritising high-value prospects.
  • Gather and interpret market and competitor insights to strengthen sales strategies and offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment across campaigns, messaging, and solution positioning.
  • Provide timely reporting, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within corporate wellness, office solutions, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
