Responsibilities
  • Support the Institutional Business team in liaising with institutional and VIP clients across both the Fintech and Finance sectors, ensuring that all client inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients through regular engagement and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and prompt account servicing experience, ensuring that client requirements are met and exceptional service is delivered.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk management standards
  • Assist in the daily operations of the department, coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance efficiency and ensure the successful execution of strategies
  • Prepare and present reports on client interactions, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy formulation
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency or banking sectors, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven client management skills, including the capacity to maintain robust relationships, conduct thorough client profiling, and implement personalized account management strategies.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, with strong analytical and communication skills to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • A solid educational background, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in client management, business development, or a related function.
  • A genuine passion for the cryptocurrency industry, demonstrated by ongoing engagement with industry developments, trends, and best practices; relevant industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking whilst delivering the message in a professional manner.
