The Business Development and Operations Executive is responsible for driving sales and implementing action plans to achieve set targets of the suite of offerings by SEED Institute. It involves participating in sales activities, communicating & closing calls with parents, monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities and partnering the marketing team to achieve these.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales activities to achieve set targets and company objectives.
  • Handling sales-related administration matters and to provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support & services to parents
  • Identify potential business development opportunities aligned with the company's strategic plans.
  • Organising and managing outreach engagements (like centre tours, info sessions, trial classes etc) to showcase programmes to partners and parents
  • Stay informed about market trends & customer needs, provide market intelligence feedback to support the development of sales & marketing strategies and to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute & implement effective outreach strategies to facilitate sales & enrolment.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Meticulous in nature to ensure seamless partnership with other operational work teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys connecting with parents and families.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
