Job description

• $5,500 to $6,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• SWISS MNC, Good Benefits
• Remote reporting, Flexible working arrangement (2 Days WFH weekly)

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support to internal key user on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system related queries
• Provide user training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to staffs
• Identify, diagnose & resolve D365 F&O issues
• Offer trainings to internal key user to increase knowledge on the Microsoft 365 F&O environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience in providing user training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Must be able to converse in Mandarin as would need to liaise with China and Taiwan teams
