Job description
  • Support the data needs of marketing and sales teams by providing timely data extraction, cleaning, and preliminary analysis (e.g., campaign performance review, conversion funnel analysis, user behavior tracking, etc.).
  • Maintain common marketing/sales dashboards and reports (e.g., channel performance, sales funnel, campaign ROI, daily/weekly user growth reports) to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Establish unified business data standards and define core metrics (e.g., new customers, GMV, retention, conversion rate) across different business scenarios to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Develop and optimize standardized workflows for data extraction, processing, and report generation to improve efficiency for marketing/sales teams.
  • Streamline data workflows, standardize request submission processes, and promote data productization (e.g., templatized reports, automated updates).
  • Assist in building automation tools (e.g., Looker/Tableau/Power BI dashboards, SQL template libraries) to reduce repetitive tasks.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Enablement
  • Deeply understand business operations and data needs, serving as a "data partner" for marketing and sales teams.
  • Support data-driven decision-making (e.g., campaign strategy, channel evaluation, sales optimization) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Train and empower business teams on basic data tools and best practices to improve overall data literacy.


Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL for independent data extraction and processing.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, FineReport) and basic dashboard design.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for daily data tasks.
  • Knowledge of common marketing/sales metrics; experience in report-building or campaign analysis is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders; service-oriented and responsible.
