You’ll work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to identify inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities, and deliver clear documentation that drives process efficiency. What You’ll Do

• Understand current data processes and manage stakeholders across Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Analyse workflows and identify areas for automation to reduce manual effort.
• Deliver clear documentation of workflows, requirements, and process improvements.
• Liaise between engineering and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Support the Data Engineering team in setting up and optimizing data pipelines.

Must-Have Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Project Management: Ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Process Analysis & Documentation: Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders, ideally within data functions.

Preference will be given to those who have this experience:

• Experience setting up processes with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Background in finance or enterprise environments where governance and compliance are critical.
