Job Responsibilities

• Executive Insight & Reporting: Lead the preparation of management reporting to CDG Group various functions, including to Top Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Sustainability, Legal and Internal Audit.

• Operational Analysis: Support the analysis of ride pricing, job dispatch, customer behavior, hirers profile, market trends, app data etc. to formulate business policies and drive business performance.

• Prepare and facilitate business performance meetings

• Project manage cross-function tasks such as annual budget exercise.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timeliness and completeness in statutory reporting to regulators, such as LTA and PTC.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics or other related fields

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics and problem-solving skills. Familiarity of SQL and Python (optional)

• Good business acumen

• Some experience in cross-functional teams and project management, and good project management skills

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
