About the role

As a Business Analyst , you will read the "people side" of business transformations. Responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Your goal is to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and greater proficiency with new processes, systems, or organizational structures.

What you must have to be considered

• Consulting or Business Analysis and Chanage Management experiences
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
