Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify business needs, define solutions, and help optimize processes to drive operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing data, creating business requirements, and supporting the successful implementation of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
  • Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for business improvement.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
  • Project Support: Support the project management team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements and expectations.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flow diagrams, and training materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and user expectations.
  • Change Management: Support the implementation of new systems and processes, assisting with training and user adoption efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously suggesting improvements to business operations and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Understanding of financial or operational reporting, including KPI analysis.
