Responsibilities

  • Assist in compliance with industry regulations and taxation policies.

We are reputed organization in Little India, serving Singaporeans for more than a decade. We do follow fair practice in recruiting staffs for our firm. We have one showroom in 85, Serangoon Road and workshop in 29, Upper Dickson Road

Job Purpose

To manage and optimize administrative, commercial, and operational processes within the jewellery business, ensuring compliance, cost control, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination between sales, production,sourcing, and finance teams in a highly regulated luxury market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business administration activities specific to jewellery operations, including procurement, sales coordination, and production support
  • Maintain accurate records for gold, diamond, and gemstone inventory, ensuring reconciliation with finance and audit teams
  • Support pricing, costing, and margin analysis considering metal rates, gemstone grading, and market fluctuations
  • Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and logistics partners for raw materials and finished jewellery movement
  • Assist in compliance with industry regulations, hallmarking standards, export/import norms, and taxation policies
  • Prepare operational reports, MIS dashboards, and performance summaries for management review
  • Support CRM processes, client documentation, and order fulfillment for wholesale and retail jewellery clients
  • Ensure administrative controls for high-value goods, including documentation, security procedures, and approvals
Required Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field
  • Additional certification or exposure to jewellery management, or supply chain administration is an advantage
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of business operations in high-value product environments
  • Knowledge of gold purity, diamond grading basics, gemstone categories, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial and inventory data with integrity
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners
Industry-Specific Requirements
  • Familiarity with jewellery market dynamics, precious metal pricing, and seasonal demand trends
  • Awareness of compliance requirements such as hallmarking, certification, and ethical sourcing
