Job Description
• Work closely with the Project Team on identifying the customer’s needs and expectations. Site Survey and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Project Team on identifying the customer’s needs and expectations. Site Survey and measurement.
- Support the Project Team on administrative works such as handling customer enquiries, preparing tender documentation, technical and material specifications and daily project reports (photos etc).
- Arrange meetings and monitor progress of the project works to ensure the projects are is on schedule, within budget and completed with good quality.
- Prepare workers’ worksite schedule and logistics arrangement.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders such as contractors, customers, QE/PE to meet authorities requirements and obtain the permits required for project completion.
- Upon completion of project, ensure proper project handover and follow up on maintenance services.
Qualifications
- This is a non-executive position with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proactive, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Class 3 driving license is required
