We are seeking a young skilled and detail-oriented Building Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting projects and take pride in delivering high-quality results. This position involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coats, and ensuring a clean and professional finish on all jobs with responsibility.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Mix and match paint colors for proper texture and shade.
• Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.
• Protect adjacent surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, and team members.
• Experience as a painter in the (big/medium/small) construction or completed sites (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Familiarity with painting tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of various surface materials and coatings.
• Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding/ladders.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
