And don’t stress about getting here — your transport is reimbursed for the early shift. 🚕
Help craft our signature breads + brand-new creations 🌟
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty loaves, adhering to Tiong Bahru Bakery's established recipes and quality standards.
Be exposed to Classic French breads like Sourdoughs, Brioches and even modern twist like Shio Pans.
Learn to shape, bake, and perfect these items from scratch
Dough Management: Oversee the mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch
Quality Assurance: Maintain our signature taste and visual standards
Hygiene & Safety: Uphold top standards of cleanliness and HACCP compliance
A role for everyone : Beginners get hands-on training, experienced bakers bring their expertise to the team
Commitment to the 2:00am shift (transport covered)
