Job summary

A dynamic company in the F&B sector is seeking a Brand Executive to drive sales growth and manage brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in multi-brand retailing, strong leadership skills, and a successful track record in establishing new brands. Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, enhancing brand promotions, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires proficiency in POS systems and a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

  • Total experience of at least 3-5 years in the F&B retail industry.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing a group of brands or a large brand.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.

BRAND EXECUTIVE-F&B INDUSTRY
Key Accountabilities
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales target
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Improve footfall conversion for respective brands
  • Adherence of visual standards as per brands requirements
  • Improve stock turns for respective brands including procurement planning
  • Enhance Brand promotion and marketing activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key personnel of licensees, principals, etc.
Core Competencies
  • Total experience of at least 3-5 years in a Multi unit ,multi brand retailing F&B industry
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in heading the group of brands / a large brand
  • Should have advance exposure to retailing practices in the F&B industry, promotions and visual merchandising activities
  • Should have exposure in merchandise planning and brand management
  • Should have exposure to buying/ sales function in a large retail company
  • Must have prior experience in managing relationship with large international Principals
  • Should have demonstrated good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven success in establishing new brands in the market
  • Very strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Exposure to advance merchandise management practices
  • Must have prior experience in working for a high performance driven organization
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
