In this position, you will drive the development and execution of brand strategies that engage audiences and deliver business growth. This includes conducting brand audits, market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer journey mapping to generate insights for brand and content strategies. Working closely with brand strategists in the team, you will help design and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, and use Adobe Creative Suite to translate insights into compelling storytelling assets. Experience in Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development and internal branding will be an advantage. Beyond research and narrative building, you will also support client workshops and industry outreach, nurturing connections and identifying collaboration opportunities.
