• Coach and develop colleagues to maintain standards.
• Assist in the development of strategy plans.
• Assist Managers in daily tasks and policy implementation.
• Understand each department's daily processes and goals.
• Participate in strategic planning.
• Assist Manager in evaluating performance and writing reports.
• Monitor and manage customer complaints and satisfaction.
• Implement and improve customer retention measures.
• Attract customers by answering product and service questions.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
