We are in the midst of expanding and are looking for an AdministrativeAssistant.

  • Be the primary point of contact for studentsand parents at Clearminds Education @ Toa Payoh. You’ll assist withregistration, enquiries, and payments, as well as communicate about classpackages and schedules. This role requires strong people skills, comfortin sales, and the ability to create a positive and welcoming centreenvironment.
Main Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Support
  • Welcome and attend to all walk-in visitors,students, and parents warmly.
  • Answer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or inperson about courses, schedules, and centre policies.
  • Guide parents through registration, trialbookings, and payment procedures.
  • Effectively handle walk-ins and follow up onnew leads.
Sales & Programme Promotion
  • Explain tuition classes and packages clearlyto parents and students.
  • Confidently promote courses, recommendpackages, and encourage enrolments or renewals.
  • Address objections and questions, tailoringrecommendations to family needs.
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Assist with class scheduling, includingrescheduling or cancellations.
  • Coordinate make-up lessons and keep detailed,accurate attendance records.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain updated student records, enrolmentinformation, and fee payment status.
  • Prepare simple reports as needed (attendance,billing summaries).
  • Assist with filing, data entry, documentpreparation, and keeping the front desk tidy.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with teachers and supervisors tosupport centre operations.
  • Help with logistics, preparing materials, andcentre upkeep.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Enjoys helping and talking with parents andstudents.
  • Comfortable sharing information on tuition packagesand closing sales.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able tomulti-task.
  • Friendly, reliable, and eager to work in asupportive team.

Working hours: 3 weekdays (1:00pm to 9:00pm) + 2 weekends (8.30am to6.30pm) OR 5 weekdays (1:00pm to 9:00pm) + 1 weekend (8.30am to 6.30pm).

Requirements
  • Previous customer service, sales, or adminexperience, ideally in education.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or GoogleSuite.
  • Able to learn centre processes and softwarequickly.
  • Ready to start soon and commit to the requiredschedule.
