Overall Job Objectives

Initia Group is seeking a skilled and passionate Bojin (拨筋) Therapist to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands‑on experience in traditional muscle and meridian therapy, with strong proficiency in Bojin techniques to relieve tension, improve circulation, and restore energy flow according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-inspired wellness therapies
• Perform Bojin therapy sessions using approved tools, oils, and techniques along meridian and muscular pathways
• Assess client conditions and tailor treatment plans to meet individual needs
• Educate clients on the benefits and methodology of Bojin therapy
• Provide after‑care advice and recommend complementary TCM wellness practices
• Maintain detailed treatment records and ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing therapy environment
• Collaborate with the wellness team to deliver an exceptional client experience

Job Specifications

• 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience in Bojin (拨筋) therapy
• Certified or formally trained in Bojin, Tuina, or other TCM bodywork modalities
• Strong understanding of TCM meridian theory and musculoskeletal anatomy
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques with sensitivity to client comfort and safety
• Professional, well‑groomed, and client‑oriented demeanor
• Knowledge of additional TCM modalities such as Gua Sha, cupping, or Tuina preferred
• Familiarity with herbal oils and topical treatments commonly used in Bojin therapy

Key Deliverables

• Conduct effective Bojin therapy sessions to relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, and restore energy flow.
• Assess clients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans for optimal wellness outcomes.
• Ensure client safety and maintain hygiene standards, including proper sanitization of tools and workspace.
• Educate clients on self‑care practices, stretches, and lifestyle tips to support therapy benefits.
• Maintain accurate client records, track progress, and report outcomes to management.
• Stay updated on Bojin techniques and TCM practices to enhance professional skills.
• Collaborate with wellness team members to provide holistic client care and a positive experience.
