Job Description

We are looking for a biotechnologist who plays a crucial role to support cGMP operations within our biologics production facility. It also involves collaborating with engineers for setup and calibration tasks, conducting rework and quality testing, and managing various manufacturing processes with good SAP knowledge. This position also includes developing and implementing methods to control or modify the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management
  • Operate glass washers and autoclaves, and prepare equipment through Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) procedures.
  • Buffer/Media Preparation
  • Manage cell culture processes, including thawing vials and scaling up to production levels.
  • Conduct column chromatography procedures for product purification.
  • Perform tangential flow filtration to ensure product purity and quality.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree or diploma in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in a biologics manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Proven problem‑solving abilities and adaptability to new requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and LIMS systems.
