Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM modeler to handle BIM modelling using Revit and check structural, architectural, and M&E shop drawings. Candidates should have at least a degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the building construction industry. Proficiency in AUTO CAD and Revit MEP is essential. The role also involves preparing co-ordination drawings and supporting project teams during submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the building construction industry.
• Preferably relevant working experience in Design & Build.
• Skillful in AUTO CAD and Revit MEP.

Responsibilities

• BIM modelling using Revit.
• Checking of Individual Structural / Architectural / M&E Shop drawing.
• Preparation of Structural / Architectural / M&E Co-ordination Drawing.
• Updating Structural / Architectural / M&E Shop drawing List.
• Supporting Structural / Architectural / M&E Project Team on Shop drawing Submission.
• Any other related tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
