Job summary

An engineering firm in Singapore seeks a candidate to coordinate CSD and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Your role will involve preparing shop drawings using BIM/CAD, checking subcontractor submissions, and collaborating with internal teams and clients. The position requires clear communication and documentation skills, with a focus on resolving discrepancies through RFIs. Working hours are Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 6 PM, and alternate Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CSD Drawings and technical detailing documentation.
• Prepare shop and construction drawings using BIM/CAD.
• Check submissions of subcontractor CAD drawings and models.
• Liaise with project members and clients for coordinated drawings.
• Ensure compliance of drawings with project specifications.
• Clarify discrepancies through RFIs.
• Create presentations with BIM software as needed.
• Document clash detection reports.
• Complete tasks assigned by Project or Site Manager.
