Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeler to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Building Construction and at least 2 years of design experience, specifically in façade trade. Key responsibilities include AutoCAD drafting and Revit modelling. The position offers a salary range of SGD 2,800 to SGD 4,600 and requires a Class 3 driving license as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in design, preferably in façade trade.
• Preferably possess a Class 3 driving licence with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Experience in AutoCAD drafting and Revit modelling, shop drawing, MTO and cutting list.
• Instruction taking from Superiors; design manager, project manager, etc. and execute tasks.
• To design, draft, and meet with clients & consultants.
