Job summary

A leading BIM management firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Manager to develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and workflows. You will manage BIM models across all disciplines, conduct audits, and lead training sessions. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of BIM management experience, with proficiency in BIM tools like Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with theme park or museum projects is a plus. This role offers a dynamic environment with significant coordination responsibilities.

A Day in the Life:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans.

  • Manage and coordinate BIM models across all disciplines up to LOD 500.

  • Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.

  • Lead BIM training sessions and provide technical support to project teams.

  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet requirements.

  • Provide on-site coordination and implementation support where necessary.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of BIM management experience in architectural or interior projects.

  • Strong detailing and documentation skills, with proficiency up to LOD 500.

  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.

  • Experience in theme park or museum projects will be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards.
