Job summary

A leading engineering services company in Singapore is seeking a skilled engineer to prepare detailed design documents using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. This role offers a salary of up to $4000 plus bonus, with direct contract terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry.
• Experience drafting security systems using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to remain updated with drafting technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design documents using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, Revit, and Naviswork.
• Explain drawings to production or construction teams.
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures from sketches or notes.

Job description

• Monday – Friday (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, Revit and Naviswork
• Prepare drawings used in mechanical & electrical engineering / architectural projects by using BIM modelling.
• Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects working from sketches or notes.
• Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Modelling and Revit Autodesk
• Experienced in drafting security systems through AutoCAD and Revit Autodesk.
